The Post-Funding Incubator
We invest so much time and energy in aspiring entrepreneurs to help them perfect their pitch and fundraise. But when they actually get funded, they are left to figure things out on their own?
What if we invested in founders AFTER they get funded?
What if founders had a support system that invests in their success?

The JumpStartup Program
One year of lightweight structured development for founders.

FIVE Professionally Facilitated Workshops
Workshops include the founding leadership team and cover topics across two disciplines:
LEADERSHIP, TEAM, & CULTURE
- Strengths-Based Development
- The CliftonStrengths Assessment
- Building High-Performing Teams
- Employee Engagement
STARTUP ACUMEN
- Lean Startup Principles
- Growth Models
- Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
- Target State Deconstruction
Founders often express to us a feeling of being alone, not really knowing what they are doing, and struggling to adapt their role and responsibilities during each stage of growth.
As a part of this program, founders will be matched with an experienced Startup Founder Mentor for quarterly one-on-one mentoring (in person and/or virtual).
Each Founder and member of the Founder Leadership team will meet monthly with a Certified Coach to discuss long- and short-term topics, including:
- Personal Performance & Growth Opportunities
- Leadership Development
- Working Relationships with Co-Workers
- Team Performance
- Evolving Responsibilities with Company Growth

Ongoing Access to Asynchronous Community of Founders
Our asynchronous communities save founders time while still giving them access to valuable resources and people. Ongoing conversations allow participants to learn from and network with peer founders at other companies.
- Small Cohorts on Volley App
- Daily access to Peer Founders
- Monthly Discussion Prompts
- Coach-Moderated Groups

Founders can’t afford to dedicate time toward formal learning. And they can’t afford not to.
The program provides bite-sized learning and development for startup founders in the form of weekly emails, lightweight online courses, and other learning opportunities that limit time away from critical and time-sensitive responsibilities. Topics include:
- Strengths-Based Teams & Culture
- Leadership Identity
- Goal-Setting & Measurement
- Employee Development
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement
- And more

All participating founders get access to a broad network of peer founders, experienced founders, and supporters through exclusive networking events, partner discounts, philanthropic opportunities, and other current and past member benefits.
