All of my coaching is anchored to strengths-based development principles, utilizing the Clifton Strengths assessment as a foundational tool. Team Development Workshops

Using the Clifton Strengths assessment, I’ll help your organization improve working relationships across teams and increase engagement by individual team members. I accomplish this through a tried-and-true facilitated workshop approach, which is not only enjoyable, but also helps establish new routines that act as a catalyst for long-term cultural change.

Public Speaking / Facilitation

As a trained expert facilitator and experienced speaker, I am at my best when I’m in front of an audience. I bring positive energy and a contagious enthusiasm as a speaker and facilitator. I have years of expertise facilitating Strategic Planning discussions, and I partner with clients to design exactly the session or presentation their organization needs.

I developed the ACRR coaching approach to ensure that all individuals and teams with whom I work will see lasting results by 1) increasing self-awareness, 2) making personal development a series of deliberate choices, 3) implementing new routines to create lasting habits, and 4) using intentional reflection as a tool for incremental growth over time.
